Back when I was working in the factory, they called it the "ROACH COACH" and it wasn't nearly as good as it is now. It's National Food Truck Day! i used to get a breakfast burrito that would make you break fast for the bathoom-o. Over the years, the Food Truck has become a part of pop culture with people following them around like rock bands to eat up their merchandise and products.

A few years ago, we went to the food truck rally at the Meridian Mall and I swear, 10 thousand people were there supporting the local trucks. We had some great Cuban food that day but the amount of people gave me anxiety long before anyone coughed up the name COVID. Some of the lines had over 100 people waiting for food. It was like Cedar Point but instead of a ride, you get calories. The donut place had the longest line I had ever seen for a food truck.

I have friends with food trucks and know people who have parked the truck and opened up a stationary eatery. I haven't spoken to them since the pandemic broke out but I imagine business isn't as good as it was last year. I know people putting food trucks together because they are gaining such popularity. Celebrate National Food Truck Day and share your favorite food truck name!
