Lansing Catholic’s Tony Poljan Earns Meijer Athlete Of The Week Award

Classic Rock 94.9 WMMQ and Meijer are proud to present Lansing Catholic Junior Tony Poljan with this week's Student Athlete of the Week Award. Poljan helped lead The Cougars to a 48-20 opening night win over Waverly last Thursday; completing 17 of 34 pass attempts, for 192 yards and 4 touchdowns. Poljan also carried the ball 14 times for 109 yards and another score. The do-it-all, multi-sport star also showed his defensive prowess, leading the Lansing Catholic D with 9 tackles on the night. Congratulations to Tony Poljan, this week's recipient of the WMMQ/Meijer Student Athlete of the Week Award!
