What does it do to you? How does it make you feel? They say diamonds are a girl's best friend but I think a majority of ladies would tell you to start with chocolate.

There's science behind it.

Chocolate contains a number of interesting psychoactive chemicals. These include anandamide, a neurotransmitter whose name comes from the Sanskrit - "ananda", meaning "joy, bliss, delight". Anandamides stimulate the brain in much the same way that cannabis does.

It also contains tyramine and phenylethylamine, both of which have similar effects to amphetamines.

Finally, if you look hard enough, you will find small traces of theobromine and caffeine, both of which are well-known stimulants. (BBC)

It smells good, it tastes good, and it makes you feel good. All legally. It might hurt your waistline if you eat too much but a little bit of chocolate ain't never really hurt nobody (unless you're allergic).
