Major Recall From Ford Affects 1.5 Million Trucks

WILX.com reports that Ford is recalling nearly 1.5 million F-150 pickup trucks due to a tranmission issue.

According to the report, 2011-2013 F-150 trucks may experience a sudden downshift while driving. Ford says there is a glitch with the transmission speed sensor, and a software update can fix the potential issue.

There have reportedly been 5 accidents as a result of the malfunction, one causing injury.
