WILX.com reports that a Federal Court of Appeals has upheld a ban in Michigan on photos and selfies being taken in voting booths. Though a Federal Judge signed an injuction that suspended the ban, but a 2-1 vote among the appeals court judges made that ordfer irrelevant...for now.

Opponents of the ban will continue their fight, citing a violation of the First Amendment. but, full litigation of the case will not happen prior to Tuesday's elections. Therefore, no selfies!
