Ryan Cole, the assistant sports director of Michigan State student radio, got a glimpse at some new artwork that will hang outside the south scoreboard at Spartan Stadium.

The left mural shows the Big Ten logo and the College Football Playoff logo, the right mural appears to be the lifting of a trophy, though it could be the old mural before it is taken down. Cole gave us an update via his twitter.

The new artwork seems to commemorate the Spartans recent achievements on the football field with a 2014 Rose Bowl win, 2015 Cotton Bowl win and an appearance in the 2015 College Football Playoff, as well as Big Ten championships in 2013 and 2015.

The Spartans will be home next taking on Wisconsin on the 24th. With three weeks between home dates it was the perfect time to get the stadium decked out with new art for the Big Ten season.
