This above pic is of the Grand River in Old Town Lansing in April 2017; the National Weather Service predicts that the Grand will be at its highest level in over 30 years this week! They're predicting 'moderate flooding' in Lansing based on the expected rainfall amounts.

Moderate flooding is also forecast along the Sycamore Creek in Delhi Township, which will also likely be the highest water level there since 1985.

The National Weather Service has issued Flood Warnings for Ingham, Jackson, Ionia, Eaton and several other counties through Thursday morning - you can get the full breakdown here.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or imminent. The NWS advises that when you encounter flooded roads, "Turn Around, Don't Drown" - most flood deaths occur in a vehicle.
