Nothing Like Sunday Morning At The East Lansing Farmer’s Market
Easy Like Sunday Morning
Sure you could sleep in. If you do, you're going to miss the magic.
Mind you the festivities don't really begin until about 10 am so you can snooze a little bit. Don't sleep too late. Get up, put on some comfy summer clothes, grab some coffee, and maybe a little bite to eat because you really don't want to come here hungry. You're going to be in trouble if you do. Everything will look so bright, beautiful, juicy, and tasty.
It's Farmer's Market Season in East Lansing. And it kicks off this weekend (Sunday, June 6th, 2021).
It's Been A While So You Might Get Overwhelmed...
There's nothing like shopping Sunday morning at the East Lansing Farmer's Market. So many sights, smells, flavors, things to taste, and fruits and veggies to buy. Jellies and jams. Jerky. Soaps.
Customers can fill their shopping bags with a diverse selection of fresh, farm-grown Michigan produce and products, including vegetables, fruit, artisan bread, cheese, meat, coffee, maple syrup, honey, flowers and more. (City of East Lansing)
Pure Michigan. Made In Michigan. Indeed.
And when you find that one thing, that secret ingredient, that special treat...It's all really worthwhile.
That's the best part about the farmer's market. You never know what you'll really find until you go. Treasure hunting at it finest.
