Out of the Darkness Walk to Fight Suicide Saturday in Detroit
I have PTSD from a bad accident. I am a firm believer there is life after PTSD. I accomplished more with my life with it than without it. No doubt it is a blessing and a curse, but your attitude is the REAL determining factor.
I am also a firm believer in the healing power of pets and that we are all connected. My friend Dave runs the Horses Heal Hearts of Michigan in Fenton, Michigan. They are trying to save lives and give people some peace.
They will be at the Out of the Darkness Walk to Fight Suicide this Saturday at the Hart Plaza in Detroit. Click here for all the event details. Registration begins at 8 AM. The opening ceremony is at 11 AM.
Suicide has touched so many lives, including mine.
Walk for someone you love or support the groups trying to save lives. While you can't save people that won't save themselves, maybe you will save someone?
