Owners of DeLuca’s Restaurant Plan to Sell the Business
We think this announcement about DeLuca's Restaurant being sold has come as quite the shock to the entire Greater Lansing area. They can't do that can they?
Whether you like it or not, that's exactly what's happening. DeLuca's Restaurant has been around for six decades at 2006 W. Willow in Lansing.
And as far back as I can remember, I've been going to Deluca's since the '70s. DeLuca's Pizza is absolutely the best. In fact, you can never go wrong with anything on DeLuca's menu. Can I just say their baked spaghetti is excellent!
According to the Lansing State Journal:
The family-run Italian restaurant on West Willow Street opened in 1960. DeLuca's pizza is a Lansing favorite, known for its house-made sauce on a buttery crust, covered generously with toppings and lots of cheese.
And just so you know, the decision to sell Deluca's Restaurant didn't just happen over night. The owners have been contemplating the idea for about six months and then recently decided to move forward and sell the business.
So many people feel sad in regards to DeLuca's Restaurant selling the business. There's not one person out there who doesn't love DeLuca's Restaurant.
My wife Lori is really bummed out because DeLuca's is her favorite restaurant. People have been going to DeLuca's even way back when it was called the Willow Bar.
The Lansing State Journal also adds:
DeLuca's restaurant will remain open, though DeLuca said he isn't sure for how long. The restaurant employs about 21 people.
Well at least it's nice to know that DeLuca's will remain open for the time being. That means I have to take my wife to DeLuca's as much as possible now before someone else buys the business!
