The other day I was talking about pop star The Weeknd and his property woes.

See, he has just put his house in California on the market. He paid about $18 mil and is now trying to get $25 mil for it. You can see it HERE.

The 13,391-square-foot home includes nine bedrooms and 11 total bathrooms, according to the listing with Angel Salvador of The Agency. (Fox Business)

The massive spread sits among redwood trees on nearly three acres in the guard-gated equestrian community. A basketball court, a swimming pool and spa, a cabana and a barn are among amenities on site. Some nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms include a detached guesthouse. (LA Times)

Poor guy. He's gotta rough it in that penthouse while waiting for his mansion to sell. Obviously downgrading for size and...the words escape me as do the price tags. I think I owe someone just for looking inside.

But we don't have to head out west to see such opulence. We got some amazing and extremely unique (expensive) property right here in Michigan.

As a matter of fact, if you head to Northville (western suburbs of Detroit just south of I-96 - about an hour east of Lansing) you'll find one of the state's most unique listings.

7 bedrooms, 9 baths, and 15,000 square feet. While it doesn't have the hustle and bustle of LA, you definitely get more room. And a better price tag than that $25 mil The Weeknd is looking for.

This one is a steal at just $7 million. Broken down, that's an estimated $45,285/mo. (Zillow)

But it is SO WORTH IT. Take a look, win the lottery, and go buy your new dream home.
