The new Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers LP Hypnotic Eye comes out July 29. The band is touring in support of the album with Steve Winwood. New details about both were released today: The first single "American Dream Plan B" was released to Rolling Stone today. And, a Michigan concert date has been set for Sunday, August 24 at DTE Energy Music Theater. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, June 13.
