(The Six O'Clock Triple Shot is a daily feature of three songs that share a common theme, heard weeknights on 94.9 WMMQ)

It's another huge day in Rock 'n' Roll history today. July 25, 1980 saw the release of one of the best selling albums in rock history. After the passing of their Lead Singer, Bon Scott, AC/DC fans wondered how the band could ever move forward with the same momentum it had after their 1979 Highway To Hell release. After all, most bands through rock's short history who had tried to replace original members, let alone a front man, rarely continued with the same success. Well, AC/DC broke the trend by recruiting Brian Johnson to take over vocals, and recording Back In Black...the second best selling album of all time as of 2011. (Over 50 million sold)

Tonight, we play three from the iconic LP for your Six O'Clock Triple Shot. Tune in for "Shoot To Thrill", "What Do You Do For Money Honey", and "Have A Drink On Me", only on 94.9 WMMQ!
