Sparty Statue “Spruced Up” A Bit Before Spring Game

Well, if you thought the Michigan/Michigan State rivalry has not intensified over the last six years, here's another classic doozie to help persuade you towards reality!

Sparty was given an unseasonal dose of rivalry antics sometime between Easter dinner and now...just in time for MSU's Spring Football game. (1:30pm Saturday afternoon on 94.9 WMMQ!)

Now, professionally, and morally, it would be irresponsible of me to condone illegal activity...and I don't. But, come on, if one is so compelled to deface public property, at least it's not the typical head-to-toe, "A-Maize-n-Blue" two-piece that he usually gets decked out in during Michigan Week each fall. After all, 'tis the season for Spring Spruce-Ups.
