TBT – Remember what this originally was?

As you drive around Mid-Michigan, there are plenty of buildings and businesses that have physical features that reflect the design of a former occupant. Gas stations are notorious for this, as are restaurants.

Examples:

Harrison Roadhouse = former Shell gas station

Old car lot across from St. Vincent Thrift Store at Washington/Elm = old Standard Oil Shop

Baryames Tux in Okemos = old Mobil service station

And, of course, China Palace, pictured above, = ?????????
