Michigan is a beautiful state with beautiful people. There are some cities in Michigan that are downright rude. Let's look at the top 5 rudest cities in Michigan.
My travel throughout the state of Michigan has brought me to many cities. I will share my experience in the cities with you, maybe you've had similar experiences. At the end of the day, these cities are really cool but they could use some manners.

Keep in mind while visiting any city, it's not necessarily the residents that are rude. I know this all to well from growing up in St. Joe, MI. The residents are awesome, it's the tourists that were rude.

5. Grand Rapids
I've been to Grand Rapids plenty of times. I like seeing concerts in GR and visiting it for a night out with my wife occassionally. The biggest issue I have with Grand Rapids, like many towns, is the driving. People are just plain rude when it comes to driving in Grand Rapids. Otherwise it's a great town with lots to do and kind people.
US News hasn't driven there but says:

Walk down almost any residential street in Grand Rapids, and you'll often be met with a wave and a "hello" from people caring for their lawns or hanging out on porches.
4. Traverse City
Traverse City is beautiful no matter what time of year it is. Are the folks that live there just as beautiful? Having traveled to Traverse City many times I think that the people of Traverse City are cool. For the most part tourists can be a nuisance and that's the story in Traverse City. Rude people do exist in Traverse City, they are hard to find. The entitlement that comes with tourists is shocking.
3. Ann Arbor
Say what you will about Ann Arbor. If you head to Ann Arbor, maybe don't wear your MSU gear. When I was a kid I spent a lot of time at the U of M Hospital and without them I wouldn't be here today. Fans will be fans, but Ann Arbor is fun. Keep it classy in Ann Arbor. Take the smack talk out of the equation and you should have a good time.
2. Lansing
I live in Lansing and know all to well about the Lansing area. Lansing drivers are terrible along Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Ave. It's also rare that someone will hold the door for you when you are walking into the gas station. Lansing definitely could use some manners.

Detroit is the 6th rudest city in the United States and reigns supereme in Michigan, for me. A lot of people hate on Detroit, I like Detroit. I think the drivers are terrible. I also think that the vibe is just a part of the big city. People are in a hurry and they don't have time for good manners. You'll find that in any major city.
