This Mid-Michigan Corn Maze Supports the Spartans and the Wolverines
Living in the state of Michigan, there are plenty of homes "divided". And if you don't know what that means, you probably aren't into football. And if that's the case, I'll explain it to you.
MSU or U of M
The state of Michigan has two major schools when it comes to football; Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. And you either root for one or the other. There is no in-between. This, sometimes, leads to these "homes divided", where some members root for the Spartans and others root for the Wolverines.
However, whether you cheer "Go Green" or "Go Blue", there's an activity where people on either side of the fandom can come together and have fun, and that's a corn maze.
Mid-Michigan Corn Maze
Why a corn maze, you ask? Because a farm in Webberville recently united the two rival schools in a corn maze. It's actually two corn mazes in one!
WILX got a bird's eye view of the corn maze that was created by Choice Farm Market in Webberville. Take a look at this head-to-head style maze for yourself:
Pretty cool, huh?
Of course, they got permission from both schools to put together this maze.
There's lots of cool stuff that goes into enjoying this maze, too.
Both mazes are interactive with an app. You download it on your phone and it will tell you where you are in the maze, where you've been.
There are also various checkpoints where you can take part in trivia. There will also be food and drink, pumpkins, flowers, and more.
If you and the kids are up for some fun this fall, tickets for the big rivalry maze are $8. Keep in mind, that this farm is cash only and can be found in Webberville at the corner of M-52 and Holt Rd. Check out the full video here.
