Michigan State University reported on its MSU Today website that former MSU Football great Kirk Gibson will be among the speakers at Commencement ceremonies this spring. Gibson, who played football at a high level while at Michigan State went on to a brilliant Major League Baseball career. He was a major part of World Series championships with the Detroit Tigers in 1984 and the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1988.
