I was happy to see some familiar faces on this list. Homesnacks.net says Michigan is one of the best states to raise a family. Now, they have a list for the top 10 places in Michigan to raise a family.

I had some cousins grow up in South Lyon and it is a very nice town. It's like Brighton without the traffic.

Owosso made this list at number 6 but they were also named one of the worst cities to live by the same website. Click here to see that list. I LOVE Owosso. We go thrift shopping there often and Owosso has one of the only Hardee's left in Michigan.
