The Goonies movie is my favorite movie of all time. For a while, I really loved National Treasure. I even liked those damn Pirates of the Caribbean movies. I love me a treasure hunt adventure.

This story has tickled me for years and finally has come to an end... Well, not legally but story wise.

About 10 years ago, an art collector named Forrest Fenn hid around 2 million bucks worth of buried treasure in the Rocky Mountains. He gave clues to the location in a poem. Around 375 thousand people went searching for the treasure. A few even died. Some had to be rescued. It was quite an ordeal. Forrest posted on his art website this weekend the treasure has been found!

Forrest has confirmed that the treasure has been found. “It was under a canopy of stars in the lush, forested vegetation of the Rocky Mountains and had not moved from the spot where I hid it more than 10 years ago. I do not know the person who found it, but the poem in my book led him to the precise spot. I congratulate the thousands of people who participated in the search and hope they will continue to be drawn by the promise of other discoveries. So the search is over. Look for more information and photos in the coming days” - Forrest

The wife of one of the men who died searching claims it's a hoax and Fen ndid it all for the publicity.

Another woman claims she discovered the location but a man hacked her and beat her to the prize. Click here to read the next great Hollywood movie script. THe man doesn't want to be named... I'll bet. Fenn said he was from "out east."

The search is over but the fight begins. Can you imagine finding it?
