U-M’s Simpson Suspended For Nebraska Game
Michigan senior point guard Zavier Simpson (pictured) was suspended by head coach Juwan Howard on Monday due to a "violation of team policies".
Simpson's suspension is only for the Nebraska game, which is Tuesday night in Lincoln. The Wolverines have struggled recently, dropping their four straight games to fall to 11-8 overall, 2-7 in Big Ten play.
This will be the first game that Simpson has missed during his career. He's played in every single game that he's been in Ann Arbor (135 total), and has started 85 of them.
