Classic Rockers, and Metalheads Have Concert Options This Weekend

If you're a classic rocker, metalhead, or hairband fan, you have plenty of concert options this weekend and next week! Grab a tank of gas, and check out a couple of cheap shows: Quiet Riot invades Soaring Eagle Casino in Mount Pleasant on Saturday night; REO Speedwagon and Night Ranger share a bill together Sunday at Freedom HIll Amphitheater in Sterling Heights. Tickets are $20, plus $6.50 service fee for Quiet Riot; lawn seats are available for just $10, plus $4.15 service fee for REO/Night Ranger.

Next week, there's some options for all musical tastes. Hard rockers Godsmack have two shows: Wednesday, September 23 at The Fillmore in Detroit w/ Sevendust, and Thursday September 24 at Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek w/ Breaking Benjamin. Freedom Hill hosts Tears For Fears also on Thursday, while folk rockers Wilco play the Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor.
