Police Officer Arrests Firefighter at Scene of Rollover for Blocking Traffic

Man, this video pissed me off. This is the scene at a roll-over accident where a firefighter is responding to an emergency. He gets arrested for blocking traffic while trying to do his job. What do you think of this?

My dad was a firefighter for almost 30 years and I never heard of or saw anything like this. Emergency responder arrested? Maybe they were blocking traffic to keep themselves safe from traffic because the police officer had misguided priorities? I am all for keeping traffic flowing but saving a life seems to take priority here. Was this a just a young, naive officer or has law enforcement gone MAD WITH POWER?
