A popular brand of hummus has been recalled. According to WLNS.com, Sabra Dipping Company has informed the Food and Drug Administration of a voluntary recall of many of its brands due to the possibility of Listeria contamination. The Sabra brands affected have best before dates of January 23 or earlier. Listeria was detected at the manufacturing facility, but has not been detected in any finished products to date.

The company's organic hummus, guacamole, Greek yogurt, and salsa brands are not affected by the recall. Last year, Sabra reportedly recalled 30,000 cases of hummus for the same issue.
