Throwback Thursday: Hello Lansing? The 80’s Are Calling!

While uploading videos the other day, I stumbled across this little gem from 1985. It appears Lansing had it's own soft spot when it came to USA for Africa and had their own version of We Are The World by Lansing's Live Aid!

With a little help from Joe Vermetti and Steve Ewers of Showdown, we have pinpointed some of the people in the video. Some have gone on and some have stayed local and continue to rock Mid Michigan.

The Venue: The West Bank (next to the former Jack Dykstra Ford building on the former Logan, now MLK, near Holmes).
