I'm gonna go ahead and put this out there.

I didn't know that Spartan HOF had gone out of business. I don't know how I missed it. But it's done. Finito. Closed for good.

It happened right before Christmas.

That was dated on December 22nd of last year.

Fast forward to February of this year. Same kind of sign, different date, another restaurant, and right down the road.

According to a friend of mine, American Bistro in the Eastwood Towne Center was indeed open this past weekend.
Sunday to be exact. They know because they were there. February 6th, 2022.
It's two days later and this is on the door.

We, at first, had only heard rumors of what was happening at the Okemos location of Outback Steakhouse, located at 4880 Marsh Rd.
One Facebook user in the group "Lansing Foodies" posted on January 21st saying they saw a "for sale" sign as well as a dumpster in the parking lot and asked when the location closed.

A serious question while talking about what's already off of Lake Lansing Road. Did this new arrival speed up the demise of both American Bistro and Spartan HOF Cafe?
