American Farmers Forced to Waste Tons of Food

The result of restaurants being closed have decimated farms around the country.

In Ohio and Wisconsin, farmers are being forced to dump MILLIONS of gallons of milk. One chicken farmer had to smash 750 thousand eggs. An onion farmer in Idaho has to bury one million pounds of onions.

They have supported local food banks and given as much as they can. The major consumers of dairy, like schools are closed. Experts say about 5% of the country's milk supply is being dumped and that amount is expected to double. Click here for the full story.
