A California woman got fired recently for uninstalling the tracker app that her employer had forced all employees to install.

Myrna Arias says she was ordered to keep her phone on at all times. She says it felt like a prisoner's bracelet, especially after her boss would talk smack to her about knowing how fast she was driving.

She's now suing for wrongful termination, invasion of privacy and unfair business practices.
