Who knew that "Slowhand" was such an avid angler? Apparently, the guitarist's love of angling came from his formidable years as a youth in Surrey, England and has carried over into his later life.

Much like Alice Cooper and Golf, Clapton's 30 year sobriety has been filled with fly fishing trips during his world tours. Even his 1986 US Tour, he jokes about being his "Fishing Tour."

Congrats to Mr. Clapp (real name) and his amazing catch! Maybe we'll seem him dapping a fly on Lough Derg in Ireland or casting on the Au Sable, right here in Michigan someday.
