I don't know about you, but fall is by far my favorite time of year. Not only because of the endless possibilities to get outdoors and spend time hunting and fishing, but the bounty of food possibilities that come with it. Salmon, perch, walleye, bluegill for anglers fare. Duck, goose, pheasant, grouse, woodcock and turkey. And then there is rabbit, squirrel, whitetail deer and if you're lucky, bear and elk!

With all of the possibilities, there have got to be more recipes out there that do not include a crock pot and a couple of cans of Cream of Mushroom soup! I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with slow cooking a couple of squirrels or rabbits all day and coming home to a warm meal.

So my question is, aside from venison chili or fried panfish (again, nothing wrong with either), I need new recipes! "Can ya help a brutha out?"
