I saw it last week and wanted to make sure I gave him some love.

Jack Conklin was named first team All-Pro for the second time with his second team.

Back in his rookie year, 2016 he was also named First Team All-Pro and was an alternate the next year. So, 3 Pro Bowls in 5 seasons is not bad for the former Walk-On at MSU. First Team All-Pro means he is basically the best player at his position in the NFL.

After the 2 All-Pro seasons in Tennessee, Conklin tore his ACL in 2018 and was injured again in 2019. The Titans chose not to pick up the extra year in his contract and he became a free agent.

He is in the first year of a 3 year $42 million dollar contract he signed with Cleveland. The Browns shocked the Steelers last week and play at the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday at 3:05. Jack was injured last week against Pittsburgh and is day to day with a sore hamstring.

He helped the Browns running game have nearly two thousand yard rushers. Nick Chubb had over a thousand yards and Kareem Hunt had over 800 yards rushing for the Browns this year with Conklin leading the way. The Titans didn't really miss a step either with Derrick Henry leading the NFL in rushing with over 2000 yards this year.

Jack Conklin was the best offensive tackle in the history of MSU football in my opinion. His success in the pro's has validated my belief. We need more Jack's in East Lansing!
