Man Dies In South Lansing Shooting Friday

LSJ.com reports that Lansing Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday afternoon on Lansing's south side, resulting in the death of a 24-year old man.

According to the report, police were called to the 4300 block of Pleasant Grove Road, near The Boys' and Girls' Club of Lansing just after 12:00 PM. Despite efforts by paramedics, the man was reportedly taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

Details are sketchy, as of now. However, the report says a handgun was found at the scene near the victim.
