New Year’s Eve Meridian Mall Mystery

Stopped by Meridian Mall in Okemos on Saturday afternoon, December 31st, in search of shoes and wandered upon a slain mannequin.

There were no evident signs of foul play, but she lay amidst the mayhem of women (and a few bored fellas) looking for a year-end bargain on new kicks. Several observers laughed and took photos, but none assisted.

Any information providing insight into the plight of this fashion assistant would satisfy my curiosity.
