Opening Dates for Michigan’s Adventure and Cedar Point

I am of the belief we could all use a corn dog and a rollercoaster or 18 right about now.

After lockdowns, quarantines, & a delayed but still cold winter...cabin fever and frustration is getting to the best of us.

Folks are ready to ditch facemasks, get back to eating out, and let's talk about the vaccine.

When can the rest of us get it? Are we going to get it? I'll wait in line to get it. Just give it to me.

Because first vaccine and then...

I want to ride a rollercoaster and get outside and back to normal stuff.

I haven't been to an amusement park in a minute but I have a huge, overwhelming desire to get outside and go to one...or all of them I can get to.

Road trip and everything.

I'm practically ready to pay ridiculous prices for day passes, speed passes, whatever.

Here's the dates for two of our favorite destinations: Michigan's Adventure on the west side of the state in Muskegon and Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.

We are excited to announce Michigan’s Adventure’s Opening Day - May 29 - and we look forward to welcoming you back to a fun and safe environment. Michigan’s Adventure is owned by Cedar Fair, which also owns Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. Reports say Cedar Point will open nearly two weeks earlier on May 14. (WILX)
