If you're into the guitar and its masters, then, you're likely familiar with the name Damon Johnson. The former Brother Cane front man was also apart of a supergroup in the early 2000's called Slave To The System with members of Queensryche. He also was a part of Alice Cooper's band for many years before joining Thin Lizzy in 2011.

He has also been a part of Damn Yankees, though the album he recorded with the band was never released, and has also spun off a band from Thin Lizzy called Black Star Riders. With the sound of that band, Johnson has become renowned for his country and blues -styled talents.

Johnson is showing off those skills this summer at Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Michigan on Sunday, September 1 for the resort's Beer, Blues, and BBQ event. He will be the headlining entertainment for the event. The event begins at 4:00 PM. But, you must book lodging at Treetops Resort for the night to get tickets. The lodging packages begin at $66 with upgrades available.
