For those who are looking to get a bite to eat in Lansing during the holiday weekend actually have some options. WLNS.com has published a list of area restaurants that will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Mitchell's Fish Market is one of the area restaurants that will be open on Christmas Day from noon until 9:00 PM. Denny's and IHOP restaurants are open 24 hours, as usual, both days.
