Thank You For Stepping Up for Down Syndrome 2018

I had no idea but my daughter's team Rising Phoenix ended up raising the most money and she was named Grand Marshall of the 1 Mile Walk. They gave her a sceptre and a tiara. She actually kept the tiara on for a bit and ended up bending up the sceptre. I am VERY proud of my amazing little girl.

My radio partner Deb hart, did make it to walk with our team and she made it on time. Last year, she carried her the entire mile. My golf partner Pat and his wife Carolyn. My friend Darrin and his wife Portia helped raise a bunch of money. My friends Jean and Bill Downey brought their dog, Sadie. My friend Ken comes all the way from England. I call him red-coat Ken... So, he wore a red coat. Ken and his wife Ana ran in the 5K and he got second place in his age group! Jennifer Spencer, Kaitlyn and Hunter Hath all braved the elements and took part in our team.
