87 Year Old Michigan Man Arrested for Soliciting a Prostitute

Around 10:00 one June evening this summer, an 87 year old man saw a lady not too far from his house that, he says, looked like a woman he knew from church. Not sure what he said to the undercover police officer, but it resulted in him being charged with solicitation of a prostitute.

MLive.com reports that the decision has been made to not prosecute the man, given the fact that he has no criminal record. And he is 87 years old.
