Bust Out the Bikes – Lansing Temps Warming This Week!

Finally, now that the Lansing Lugnuts and Detroit Tigers have had less than ideal weather for their 'Home Openers' (cold, rain...snow), we have warm temperatures in the forecast for Lansing this week!

Once the snow and rain stops sometime tonight, we should have some peeks of the sun again tomorrow with temps in the mid 40s, maybe rain on Wednesday, but THURSDAY, forecasters say we'll get 'mostly sunny' afternoon with temps in the 60s!!! Then Friday, it looks like we'll see temps in the mid 60s, though there's a decent chance of rain.

What's your favorite part of summertime in Lansing? Is there a tradition you have to mark the start of warmer weather? Baseball, ice cream...maybe turkey hunting?

The plan is to soak up as much sun as possible before the 'cooler' temps return again this weekend. And the rain.
