You may have noticed that Detroit Tigers fans are a bit frustrated with the results so far this season from a $200 million roster. Well, so have the ticket takers at Comerica Park. With the streaky Tigers so inconsistent, putting butts in the seats is a challenge. Comerica Park is beginning to resemble the always empty US Cellular Field in Chicago.

According to the Detroit Free Press, the ball club has begun offering fans a hard-to-pass-on opportunity. How would you like to see the Tigers in person for just $6.22? I told you the deal was tough to pass on. But, there is a catch, of course. In order to get that per game ticket price, you must purchase a 9-game package for all of the Tigers home games throughout the month of July. Even so, 9 games for a total of $49 is very reasonable, even with the $7 processing fee. Packages are limited to 6 per sale. Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, and Houston Astros all visit Detroit in July.
