Many Americans have been so grateful to receive not one, but up to three stimulus checks over the last several months.

The biggest reason for these stimulus checks was to help put food on the table for so many people who are unemployed and are struggling to find a job.  This money was used to help pay bills, buy food, put extra gas in cars, and so much more.

But what about the possibility of a fourth stimulus check sometime in the near future?

According to mlive.com:

Biden and his staff have been hesitant to throw support behind the idea of a fourth stimulus check for Americans, despite the growing list of elected officials and citizens who say another round is necessary.  Last month, six Democratic members of the House ways and Means Committee sent a letter to Biden urging him to support another round of checks.

I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to stimulus checks and who should get them, but I do know that millions of Americans including right here in Michigan could still use the extra stimulus checks as our economy begins to reopen.

Mlive.com also adds:

On Monday, the IRS announced it will be sending letters to the more than 36 million families who will qualify for the expanded Child Tax Credit.  That expanded credit will give families the opportunity to receive monthly payments for the final six months of 2021 worth up to $300 per child under the age of 6 and $250 per child between the ages of 6 and 17.

The coronavirus pandemic has been extremely rough on so many American families over the past year and a half.  A fourth stimulus check would most certainly be helpful as we all begin to move forward in a positive direction.
