Smoke if You Got Em: E-Cig Ban Goes into Effect Tomorrow

The flavored E Cigarette ban goes into effect tomorrow. This is just the state ban, but there are plans to expand the ban of flavored e-cigarettes Federally. Click here to see that.

Michigan became the first state to ban flavored vaping products after a rash of illnesses and deaths. New York and Rhode Island also enacted bans. Massachusetts banned all vaping products for 4 months.

The politicians are accusing the vaping of industry of making these products appealing to kids with their candy taste. Both state and Federal officials say they are thinking of the children and don't like the misleading information that these products are safe.

A Federal judge could blow the whistle and stop the entire thing today, although it is unlikely. Click here to see that story.
