Being a proud Gen-X'er, it goes without saying that I am a fan of video games. I'm not big on role-playing games, or first person shoot 'em uppers. But, I am all about the simulation games...mainly, sports games and interactive games. That's why I got so excited when news finally caught up to me about this week's release of Rock Band 4.

Yahoo.com says the game has its own "music store" of over 1,700 song titles, from all genres of music...modern, classic, rock, and pop. Titles include songs by artists like Janis Joplin, Jefferson Starship, and Duran Duran, to Pantera, Marilyn Manson, even Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. Spin.com says that, even better, for users of XBOX 360 and PS3 systems, your old songs can still be used and upgraded at no extra cost to be played on the new platforms.
