This song is totally haunting. It's actually about overcoming heroin addiction. You can hear the sounds of John Lennon going through withdrawal at the end of the song. The screaming and wailing... It made me want to stay off the smack.

Everyone who has overcome drug addiction has a lot to be thankful for. If you are going to quit, Cold Turkey may not be the best option for everyone.
