The (Burger) King Is Dead?

For flame broiled burger lovers near the Jolly Road Burger King, you'll have to settle for something else.

While driving into work today, the familiar burger logo and all others were absent from their lighted framework. The restaurant was void of all forms of identification as to what it once was.

While I stopped by to take pictures, a neighboring competitors manager, was doing the same. Both of us perplexed by the sudden absence and the handwritten signs that read "closed for remodeling."

If there was any form of hope, it was the lighted sign in the drive through that was flashing red with the word "Nuggets." Would that be enough to bring the King back? Only time will tell if a real remodel is in the works or that the King may really be dead.
