Gump’s BBQ Set to Reopen May 5th

Here is a sign of life returning to Lansing. I hope they all come back soon.

Full disclosure: Gump is a friend of mine. We met through the station and I am huge fan of his food. When the restaurants got shut down, he tried to make it go but had to shut it down around March 18th. Now, I see on Facebook he is opening back up on May 5th... Plus, he'll have some new flavors of burritos to get the party restarted.

I have dropped about 20 pounds since this all started. I think that is all about to change. If you haven't had Gump's BBQ, it is some of the best BBQ in Lansing. That comes from pretty much anyone who has put his meat in your mouth.
