Mike at the Okemos Meijer Has His Pants On!

Yesterday, I was shopping at the Okemos Meijer. It seriously looked like people were planning for World War III. There were empty shelves and empty spaces where food used to be.

I couldn't find the broccoli, so I asked a man I saw working... "Hey, where are the broccoli heads?"

Without hesitation, the dude said "Joey Pants! I listen to you guys all the time, man."

I couldn't thank him enough for listening. Then he went to search for the broccoli that wasn't there. He didn't find any and came back a few minutes later to say the truck didn't arrive.

I just wanted to say thanks to Mike for the nice words and for his customer service. We ended up finding some different broccoli.

Customer service like that will bring me back.
