Today is the second day of Down Syndrome Awareness Month. I don't know why they chose Breast Cancer Awareness Month but here we are.

As many of you know, my daughter was born with Down Syndrome in 2016. Click here to read our baby story. It still brings tears to my eyes.

She is the love of my life and I can't imagine my life without her. A not so fun fact about our story is: 2 times they told us about available termination dates. The second time, we told them to stop bringing it up or we would find a new place to have our miracle.

Many other countries TERMINATE 100 percent of these kids. Iceland has almost eliminated it all together. Click here to see that.

We are very grateful to organizations like the Capital Area Down Syndrome Association for all they have done to help us. Click here for more info on CADSA.

We are thankful all the people who have taken the time to get to know and support our Nugget.
