Hart Wedding Pics from Saturday
This past Saturday, My Honey and I made it legal and were married at our friend's home in Mason. The planets, moon and stars were all in alignment for an absolutely perfect celebration. (By the way, I'm told that in the not-too-distant future they will be renting the space for events.)
I have never felt so surrounded in love and am so grateful for all who participated in a variety of ways to make this happen as smoothly and delightfully as it did.
The crew on hand dished up the delicious food (the beef and pork came from Mert's Meats in Okemos!) with bright smiles and kept the wine and Labatt Blue pouring.
The cupcakes from Bake 'N Cakes were a HUGE hit. We had 6 varieties and they were devoured! I asked my 13 year old stepdaughter what was her favorite part of the whole day and she replied, "The cupcakes." So, there's that.
So grateful to have family and friends from near and far be there to celebrate with us. My Mom, sister and brothers from Midland and Canada and their respective families were there to toast the union, as were my in-laws from Rochester Hills, Chicago and Indiana.
And my radio brothers, Joey Pants, Duran Martinez and Nick Chase, were there as well. Nick was actually working the party, providing the music to keep the crowd moving and smiling and he did a FANTASTIC job of it. A lot of people went out of the way to comment on how the music was perfect.
And of course I had to grab the mic before we could all dive into the food and festivities.
Joey's Dad, Jimmy Pants, can rest easy now that I'm "finally married".
