There are a couple of lines in the Beastie Boys song Fight For Your Right To Party that goes as follows " Man, living at home is such a drag...now your Mom just threw away your best porno mag."

Well it appears life is imitating art for Davis Werking or should we say life is imitating a Beastie Boys song for Mr. Werking.  This, after David moved in with his Grand Haven parents after a divorce and brought along his treasure trove of pornography and such. I say "and such" because according to David, the value of his collection was around $25,000.

Yep, the dude moved back in with his parents with 25 grand worth of pornography and guess what? First chance they got, they threw it all away. Well, except for the worse of the worse, they saved the real naughty stuff in a safety deposit box.

So David did the only thing an honorable son would do to his parents after they let him move in with his pornography, that they end up throwing away...he sued them...and WON!

Now I don't know about you but I couldn't accumulate 25 grand worth of pornography if I quit my job and that's all I did. Also, even if I could amass such a collection, do I want my parents aware of it, let alone store it at their house? For me, the answer is a resounding NO!

But such as it is David's retaliation in the courtroom versus his parents paid off...well, sort of. He did win the case but there is still the matter of just how much the collection of pornography and such is valued.

Don't worry though, the family lawyers are working it out as far as the value of the collection and why the parents are holding hostage the worse of the worse in the collection.

Stay tuned because I think we're just getting started here.
